Hello, I Am Dr. Betina De Souza
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in psychotherapy utilizing EMDR, neurofeedback, and heart rate variability training.
My approach emphasizes establishing a relationship with my clients, by first building a trusting and accepting space to understand what is being presented. Through this we can then explore the possibilities of decreasing limitations experienced in life.
I believe that increasing psychological well-being is essential to a harmonious, joyous way of living and key to expanding our sense of self.
